岗位职责

• Import of new products(Mature products or have been produced elsewhere, do not make big changes)

新产品的导入(成熟产品,已经在其他地方生产,不做大的改动) a) Receive customers 'drawings, technical requirements, product specifications, test requirements and samples, etc. Be responsible for communicating with customers to ensure accurate understanding of customers' needs. 接收客户的图纸,技术要求,产品规范,试验要求及样品等,并负责与客户沟通确保准确理解客户的需求。 b) Analyze whether the company's technology and production capacity can meet the customer's requirements. For the unable to meet the requirements of the customer, or have better craftsmanship, the change plan is proposed and the customer's recognition is obtained. 分析本公司的技术和生产能力是否可以达到客户的要求,对于不能达成的要求要与客户沟通,或者有更佳工艺的,提出变更方案,并获得客户的认可。 c)

Cost accounting for products. 对产品进行成本核算。 d)

Assist the process to determine the best production process. 协助工艺,确定***生产工艺。 e) Lead the trial production of samples from the product performance level; help the process and quality to find solutions in the process of trial production. 从产品性能层面主导样品的试制;针对试制过程中的问题,协助工艺、质量进行分析并找到解决方案。 f) Assist quality, determine the inspection method and standard of product characteristics. 协助质量,确定产品特性的检查方式及标准制定; g)

Make drawing drawings, inspection drawings, tooling drawings, inspection tool drawings, packaging drawings, and product acceptance standards. 制作BOM生产用图纸,检验用图纸,生产用工装图纸,检验用检具图纸,包装图纸,产品的接受标准。 h) Participate in major quality abnormal improvement. 参与重大品质异常改善

• Product improvement (existing products, making new products or improvement of old products)

产品的改进(已有类似产品,作新的产品或对老产品做改进) a)

Understand the usage of customers' existing products, performance, and aspects required by customers 了解客户现有产品的使用情况,性能,及客户需要改进的方面, b) Understand the limitations of the current internal process, the efficiency of each process, and the utilization rate of materials, which is used to improve the process 了解当前内部工艺的局限性,各个工序的效率,材料利用率,改进后需提高工艺指标。 c) Understand and analyze other design schemes of similar products, and make suggestions for improvement 了解并分析同类产品的其他设计方案,提出改进建议; d) Participate in the trial production of the sample and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance test report. 参与样品的试制,并评估性能测试报告的有效性; e) For problems arising from customer testing and after -sales, cooperate with customer analysis and solve the problem. 对客户测试、售后过程中产生的问题,配合客户分析并解决问题; f) Responsible for analysis and improvement of the problems in the process, and form a list of lessons and design specifications 负责对制程中问题进行分析改善,并形成经验教训清单和设计规范; g) Assist the process to continue to improve mass production products, and continuously improve the yield of product products 协助工艺对量产产品持续改善,不断提高产品良品率; h) Assist the quality monitoring of quality on mass production, improve yields, analysis of products returned by customers, etc. 协助质量对量产阶段的良率监控,良率提升, 客退品分析等工作;

• Participate in identification, evaluate the special requirements of customers, and standardize and implement it according to the special requirements of the customer 参与识别,评定顾客特殊要求、根据客户特殊要求标准化并执行。
• Complete other tasks arranged by leader. 完成上级领导安排的其它工作。 Job Qualification 任职资格 1. bachelor degree or above, English can be used as working language. 大学本科及以上学历,英语可以作为工作语言,听说读写流利
• Mechanical design, mechanical and electrical, material molding, etc. 机械设计、机电、材料成型等机械制造类专业
• More than 3 years of related work experience. 3年以上相关工作经验
• Good understanding of techinical direction and market trends of products 对产品的技术方向和市场趋势有良好的理解
• Has quality management ability, cost management awareness, product material selection ability, product structure design ability. 具有质量管控能力及成本管控意识;产品材料的选用能力;产品结构的设计能力;
• With related product circuit analysis capabilities, workfit design capabilities, size detection capabilities. 具备相关产品电路分析能力、工装设备能力、尺寸检索运用能力;
• Communicate with customers in US or Europe weekly on engineering projects 每周与美国或欧洲的客户就工程项目进行沟通
• Familiar with product test. 具备一定的产品试验熟悉度;
• The ability to identify the special requirements of customers. 具备识别客户特殊性要求的能力.
• Understand the requirements of laws and regulations, and understand the relevant process of IATF16949. 了解法律法规的要求,了解IATF16949相关流程
• Cheerful, good team consciousness, strong communication ability. 性格开朗、有良好的团队意识、具有较强的沟通能力
• Proficient in using office software, such as Solidworks, CAD, etc. 熟练使用办公软件、SOLIDWORKS、CAD等绘图软件
• Good command of English in technical communcations. Fluent in speaking with foreign customers during face to face. 在技术交流中英语运用熟练。能够与外国客户面对面交流时流利沟通
