  • 主导核心岗位的薪酬调研(覆盖运营.供应链等核心岗位);
  • 设计多元化薪酬结构;
  • 建立年度调薪模型,关联业务增长与人才市场竞争力; 2. 职级体系优化
  • 搭建管理+专业双通道职级体系;
  • 制定关键岗位晋升标准(如高级运营需主导3个千万级爆款项目);
  • 每季度校准职级薪酬带宽,平衡内部公平与外部竞争; 3. 政策制度制定
  • 制定各类规章制度的执行细节,并完成发布;
  • 保持制度的新鲜度和实时性,季度或半年度为维度更新;
  • 新员工【Onbording欢迎手册】制作; 4. NPS及人才盘点
  • NPS的工作包含:推动.题目更新.结果分析及后续改进方案输出;
  • 人才盘点的工作包含:启动宣导.过程监督.结果校队及核心人才激励及关键岗位培养等; 5. 人事系统建设
  • 主导EHR的设计与实施(花名册.看板.薪酬计算逻辑等);
  • 设计所有的内部审批流程; 6. 员工生命周期管理
  • 入职管理(合同审核和签订.欢迎信.新人入职培训.面谈跟踪.团队融入);
  • 关键人才识别(绩效跟踪.文化宣导.架构梳理.晋升管理);
  • 离职管理(离职预警.雇主形象维护);
