工作职责:

What this job involves:- Ensure smooth operation of the following office management- Establish and manage vendor contracts.- Daily customer care- Access control (ID badge management)- Courier & mailing services,- Furniture maintenance & lock/keys repairs- Signage & nameplates- Coordinating office moves- Office & pantry supplies- Meeting room management- Coordinate office cleaning services.- Planned Preventive Maintenance coordination- Responsible for internal financial reporting & administration- Landlord relationship & Budget & payment administration- CPI/KPI/Reliability- Occupancy management- Records managementSound like you? To apply you will have:- University degree (bachelor degree or above)- Over 3 years practical experience in property or facility management / office administration / real estate related discipline- Comprehensive PC skills.- Strong Customer Service Skills.- Demonstrated ability to manage delivery of several tasks simultaneously.- Experience in production of information reports to management preferred.- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
