The activities of the former business units "Filtration and Engine Peripherals" and "Thermal Management" will be merged in the new business unit "Thermal and Fluid Systems". Here, thermal management will be able to access production competencies in filtration developed within the group over many years, enabling it to place competitive future-oriented technologies on the market. Your Contribution

  • Responsible for the design and development of battery cooling plate and all its components.
  • Responsible for the application and development of battery cooling plate on the entire battery package, solving performance, NVH (noise, vibration, and roughness), reliability, and other issues related to cooling plate components, including all kinds of accessories for integration.
  • Support the system matching, Responsible for assembly performance design, virtual verification, and testing verification of the cooling module.
  • Responsible for developing and applying relevant knowledge systems, including test standards, technical standards, inspection reference books, design specifications, DVP, DFMEA, etc.
  • Responsible for benchmarking of competitor battery cooling plate design, analyze advantages and disadvantages.

Your Experience & Qualification:

  • Familiar with the principles of battery cooling plate development, with solid basic knowledge of battery concepts on new energy vehicles.
  • Proficient in using office software and CATIA design.
  • CET-6 or above, able to communicate in English.
