Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the cooling systems market.
  • Identify and establish new client relationships, while maintaining and strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product and service expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term business engagements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and achievements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote its cooling system solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Director Cooling System should have:

  • Proven expertise in sales and business development within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of cooling systems and their applications in the market.
