The activities of the former business units "Filtration and Engine Peripherals" and "Thermal Management" will be merged in the new business unit "Thermal and Fluid Systems". Here, thermal management will be able to access production competencies in filtration developed within the group over many years, enabling it to place competitive future-oriented technologies on the market. MAHLE is committed to thermal management and intends to continue growth in this area.

Your Contribution

  • Execute purchasing strategy of company groups assigned:
  • Product sourcing and management: conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value;
  • Collect supplier information (Via Auto Show, Matching conference, or Website)
  • Verify supplier information and Make assessment, Study supplier capability and specialty.
  • Build up/Maintain/update supplier information in system folder, keep supplier contact list and contracts updated timely.
  • Handle with Customer RFQ, transfer RFQ to supplier, follow up quotations.
  • Search and determine suitable products from supplier, recommend to indicated customers. .
  • Making quarterly purchase analysis reports, transfer reports to headquarters for global purchasing assessment.
  • Conduct NPM supplier sourcing and purchasing.
  • Handle with ERP management, update ERP data timely.
  • Other related works assigned by management.

Your Experience & Qualification

  • Experience: At least 1 years related working experience on product sourcing and purchasing, automobile industry experiences a plus.
  • Skill requirements: Familiar with Mechanical and Engineering, has knowledge on thermal system parts a plus.
  • Computer: Good personal computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.).
  • Language: English skill is required for both written and oral.
  • Diligent and good team working spirits, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
