工作职责
1. Manage scientific staff and external resources (academic and CROs) to deliver quality data in an efficient manner to support biological drug discovery programs for oncology.
2. Lead the development and execution of relevant functional and bioanalytical assays to support antibody, protein therapeutics and DNA vaccine development in the context of multidisciplinary project teams.
3. Provide quantitative assays for characterizing PK and biomarker PD to support in vivo studies.
4. Coordinate with antibody engineering, in vivo Pharmacology, Analytical, PK and safety groups to advance lead molecules of the projects.
5. Ensure compliance with departmental SOPs, safety guidelines, and other applicable regulations.
6. Manage and supervise study planning, protocol design, study implementation and result publishing.
7. Present project update and science to senior management.

任职要求
1. Ph.D. in immunology, pharmacology, cell biology or a related field with minimum 5 years oversea working experience with significant group and project leadership responsibilities in academic or pharmaceutical industry.
2. Practical experience in the design, development, validation and execution of in vitro functional assays as well as bioanalytical assays for protein therapeutics is required.
3. Strong understanding of key components and process of drug discovery, pharmacology and drug development
4. Broad knowledge and working experience including but not limited to cellular and immunological assays, e.g. human/mouse primary cell isolation and culture, FACS, MLR, B/T cell activation/proliferation, macrophage differentiation, ADCC, ADCP, CDC etc. and molecular and biochemical assays e.g. Western, ELISA, FRET/AlphaLISA, Octet etc. to characterize antibodies or other biologics.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across multiple multidisciplinary teams and across sites.
6. Proven track record to manage an in vitro pharmacology group in a matrixed environment.
