  • Work closely with local sales and Provide daily technical support to customers regarding product introductions, qualification follow-up, technical issues and complaints related to automotive ambient lighting, and execute lab measurements and testing based on requests; organize sample preparation under request of customers.
  • Identify new applications and coordinate customer projects based on the alignment with SBF; generate IP in the fields of new applications and innovations. Identify the market and technical trend in the key application areas based on the network with customers and market.
  • Organize technical evaluation on the products of SCHOTT and competitors for benchmark testings, and identify the selling points of our products & solutions for customer communications.
  • Prepare reports for all customer activities & lab evaluations, and presentations for projects, with high quality standard and time measures.
  • Follow strictly company policy including EHS, equipment maintenance, lab 5s and compliance and take personal responsibility and measures. your profile
  • Bachelor or above (with +2-years working experience) in Materials, Chemistry or Engineering, overseas experience preferred
  • Knowledge of technical specialty glass and its applications, and Working
  • Work experience in Automotive is preferred.
  • Problem solving capability in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with good organization skills
