  • Using knowledge of heat transfer, fluid flow and the performance of heat exchangers, design PCRs and air coolers for air compressor or genset that meet customer needs and specifications.
  • Generate cost estimates, quotations and perform the necessary follow up activities to facilitate the award of new business including all applicable exceptions to spec and acceptable commercial terms, proposal GA drawing (if appropriate), and submittal.
  • Draft, check and confirm the technical agreement with customer.
  • Co-ordinate/communicate or work together with design engineers to prepare 3D models, production drawing, engineering bill of materials, check and approve drawings
  • Actively involved in prototype making and testing process, solve problems on field
  • Provide technical training & support to sales
  • Visit customer if needed Skills/Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or above, mechanical engineering /thermal energy and power Engineering/ energy and environmental systems Engineering/automotive engineering
  • Minimum 5 years related application & design experience in the field of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer, including products of refrigerant air dryer, bar & plate air cooler, air compressor, diesel and gas engine radiators, HVAC, etc.
  • Have experience in thermal performance calculation/simulation tool/software, like Kuli or HTRI or company self-developed thermal simulation tools
  • Have experience with Design and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis & DVP&R
  • Proficient in SolidWorks and Auto-CAD
  • Understand FEA and CFD analysis methods
  • Fluent written and verbal English skills
  • Good project & multi-task management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good customer relationship management skill
  • Self-motivated, active, hard working
  • Good teamwork spirit
