  1. Work with the sales to provide technical solutions, make technical proposals, make technical presentations,  onsite service, answer questions to customers to meet customer's needs.
  2. Support sales, product development, manufacturing and quality team take corrective actions and find solution regarding complaint from customer, support the team for the root cause and solution for the improvement in the process.
  3. Providing technical training or seminars to customers and internal colleagues. answer customer question and technical solutions
  4. Know well all Competitor Product Line and how to convert to GUPT's, know all capacities between GATES and competitors.
  5. Develop application software in terms of sales or marketing requirement to increase efficiency.
  6. Be good at English oral and written, communicate fluently, translate all GUPT PA notes and other key article into Chinese.
  7. Solve application problem and support the customer's complaint. Finalize Customer Report in a timely manner and visit customer if necessary.
  8. Support product commercialization with Sales, PL and Marketing;
  9. Standardize PA working procedure, include drawing, analysis report, field information collection and customer information filing。Insure that all Processes and Procedures Signed off on before implementing;
  10. Understand the customer application, use CAD, DIQ,UG, SPL, CREO and so on related software to calculate the system layout
  11. Work for the new project of the customer and coordinate the whole process and progress of the project as the Team leader, having good communication with customer, and other team members;
  12. Provide the necessary drawings to the customer, sign the technical agreement with the customers;
  13. To support the team for the root cause and the solution for the improvement in the process;
  14. Carry out and implement the environment policy, management system and urgency plan of the company;
  15. Use the suitable safeguard and safety tools, remind and collect the insecurity and improper behavior in the working of other associates;
  16. Attend GUPS and finish relative work about PPS, CI and 5S;
  17. Other tasks or duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field;   
  • At least 5+ years experience in mechanical/hydraulic engineering or related,Previous work experience related to industrial pipes is preferred.
  • Having a basic knowledge of thermal management, and being familiar with the liquid cooling industry is even better.
  • Construction equipment or other heavy industry market experience;
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic system of Construction equipments, operations, process and troubleshooting are preferable;
  • Conduct efficient communication with customers;
  • Familiar with QA procedure and project management;
  • With ability to set up, push and finish the project;
  • Good command of English listening, speaking and writing;
  • Good team work spirit;
  • Diligent.
