Duties and Responsibilities: Develop system solutions for the international Energy Storage business. Monitor market demands from key accounts and establish a communication channel between R&D and customers. Regularly collect market condition data, develop strategic measures to remain competitive, and collaborate with R&D department to adjust technical programs. Lead and support pre-marketing promotions for new technical solutions. Participate it industry trade shows and marketing events to enhance the company's recognition. Communicate with the product team, providing customer feedback and ensuring compliance with European regulatory requirements. Interpret IEC and other regulatory standards, offering insights for the company's product lines. Successful applicants: Up to 3 years of working experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and all level levels, both internally and externally. Strong Logical thinking, judgment abilities, sensitivity to customer needs, and a sense of mission. A system and product-level mindset. Exceptional business insights. Proficient in both English and Chinese.
