We are looking for Service Associate – Front Office, we rely on you to:

Take responsibility of the front office to always ensure smooth and efficient operation.Supervise and lead all service associates in their daily activities Upsell rooms to meet guests' needs when appropriateEnsure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in being a hotelierEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutionsCommunicates and write with fluency in English (and local language) due to the need of service local and international guest.Preferably has relevant experience in the hospitality industryPreferably comes from a hotel management-related education backgroundHas strong interpersonal and communication skills
