• This role would report to the Head of Worldwide Multichannel Capabilities, BMS. She/he would represent the interests of the WW MCM team and evangelize MCM solutions/programs for swift on-ground deployment in the country.
• She/he would have the aptitude and understanding of multichannel and remote engagement trends, Indegene suite of products and other popular industry platforms (Veeva etc.)
• She/he would support requests from both teams, assist the BMS team in understanding the technology, trouble-shoot and work with Indegene's project & technology team to deploy the platform successfully
• Identify needs, set-up meetings, socialize the solutions while ensuring they are linked to future objectives, and be the single point of contact for country specific MCM requirements Responsibilities

Project Planning

• Assist the Indegene project lead in creation of project plans and timelines based on relevant inputs from clients and internal experts or third party partners
• Anticipate major risks in plan execution and developing solutions in advance in coalition with the project lead.
• Communicate key dates, dependencies, risks and solutions to clients and all other stakeholders.
• Communicate client inputs, expectations, dependencies and possible risks to the project lead in a timely and organized manner.
• Obtain and organize the required documentation or project assets to ensure smooth kick off.
• Support project kick off with all client as well as internal stakeholders. Project Execution:
• Work closely with the BMS project/brand team and Indegene project team to ensure successful deployment and launch of the program on site.
• Spear-head the project execution at client site by working closely with Indegene project team and client stake-holders.
• Identify the correct time for, and organize the weekly status meetings for smooth project execution.
• Attend and document other meetings between Indegene & BMS China.
• Ensure strong communication between execution teams on current status and expected delays Client Servicing & Onsite Account Management
• Consistently analyze and identify needs that clients may not recognize and ensure approaches and solutions are linked to objectives and future needs.
• Consistently manage client expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback.
• Communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations to clients and Indegene Project Lead.
• Attend any BMS mandated trainings and share the learnings with the project team.
• Be an evangelist for Indegene, its products & services amongst client teams and provide on-site support to sales' teams, if required. Qualifications:
• At least 3-5 years project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or pharmaceutical services industry, ideally with technological expertise.
• Bilingual ( English & Mandarin)
• PMI or other similar certifications
• Knowledge of the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Process training such as ISO 9001, CMMi, Six Sigma etc. Characteristics:
