Responsibilities
ART Manager / Architectural Coating and Floor Coating will hold the technical responsibility for the Greater China Region as well as the respective lab.

  • Work together with the team and technical support for the customers and markets of the Business Line Coating Additives for the sub-segments Architectural Coating and Floor Coating in the Greater China Region.
  • Keep close contact with key customers and proactively identifying, acquiring and realizing customer projects and opportunities.
  • Fast response on customer projects and enquiries with accurate results and information.
  • Supplying excellent technical service for our Architectural and Floor Coating customers in the Greater China Region for all products of CAD
  • Coordinate and analyse market intelligence, provide competitor information, market trend and new product ideas.
  • Lead new product development projects relate to architecture coating & flooring coatings.
  • Give technical training to sales colleagues, distributors and customers.
  • Representing the Business Line Coating Additives at Fairs, congresses, technical events.
  • Generating technical documents in Mandarin and English to support the team.
  • Actively join regional and global technical communication and sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or higher degree, Chemical Engineering and/or Coatings Technology

  • 10 years working experience in Technical Dept. of architecture coating company (it is better from MNC/key customers)


  • Extensive know-how in the field of architecture coating and flooring coating, familiar with the formulations and applications
  • Strong practical laboratory experience with coatings
  • Be familiar with relevant raw materials
  • Willingness to travel
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (speaking, listening and writing)
  • Open-minded and customer-oriented attitude
