  • 深度调研航运企业(船舶管理、邮轮运营)核心业务流程(如船舶运维、航次调度、客舱管理),结合船级社(CCS、ABS、DNV等)认证规范(如船舶安全管理体系、信息化系统合规要求),输出符合行业标准的数字化需求方案,确保产品满足海事法规及船级社审核要求。
  • 主导与船级社的技术对接,参与船舶信息化系统的船级社认证项目(如智能船舶监控系统、邮轮客舱物联网平台),推动产品合规性落地。
  • 产品规划与船级社资源协同
  • 制定航运信息化产品路线图(覆盖船舶管理MIS、邮轮智能运营平台、航运供应链金融系统等),结合船级社的技术标准与行业资源(如船舶数据共享、合规性评估工具),规划产品功能模块(如船级社认证状态实时查询、合规性预警)。
  • 撰写高保真产品原型与PRD文档,明确船级社合规相关功能逻辑。 3. 项目管理与项目交付
  • 主导船舶管理信息化项目全生命周期管理(需求评审→开发→测试→上线→运维),协调船级社、航运企业、技术团队三方资源,确保项目按时通过船级社验收(如智能船舶系统的Type Approval)
  • 负责邮轮行业信息化项目(如客舱智能控制、乘客体验平台)的实施。 4. 行业研究与船级社生态构建
  • 跟踪船级社数字化转型趋势(如区块链电子提单、智能船舶数据标准),定期输出船级社合作机会分析报告(如联合开发船舶数据共享平台),为产品战略提供决策支持。

二、任职要求

  • 核心经验要求
  • 5年以上产品经理经验,其中3年以上航运信息化领域经验(需提供船舶管理系统、邮轮运营平台等项目案例);
  • 具备与船级社(CCS、ABS、DNV等)合作的项目经验(优先考虑:参与过船级社认证的船舶信息化系统开发、或与船级社联合开展的智能船舶项目);
  • 有船舶管理企业或邮轮公司信息化项目交付经验(如船舶MIS系统、邮轮客舱管理系统),熟悉航运业务全流程(船舶运维、航次调度、费用结算)。
  • 行业知识与船级社合规能力
  • 深度掌握航运海事法规(如SOLAS公约、MARPOL公约)及船级社认证规范(如CCS的《智能船舶规范》、ABS的《Guide for Smart Ships》);
  • 熟悉船舶信息化技术(如AIS数据集成、物联网IoT、区块链电子提单),能将船级社的技术标准(如船舶数据格式、传输协议)转化为产品功能。
  • 核心技能要求
  • 精通Axure、墨刀、Visio等产品设计工具,能输出符合船级社要求的高保真原型(如船舶设备检测流程原型、合规性报告模板);
  • 具备复杂项目管理能力(PMP/PRINCE2认证优先),能协调船级社、航运企业、技术团队三方资源,解决跨部门问题(如船级社审核意见与企业需求冲突);
  • 良好的英语沟通能力(能阅读船级社英文规范文档、与船级社国际团队对接)。
  • 软性素质
  • 具备强合规意识,能准确理解船级社规范并转化为产品要求;
  • 强抗压能力,适应高频次出差(需前往船级社总部、航运企业现场、邮轮母港);
