Senior Production Manager - Computer Server Manufacturing
高級生產經理 - 電腦伺服器製造

• Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• 直接向首席營運官(COO)匯報
• Responsible for leading all‑round functions in setting up and managing a new computer server production line in Shenzhen factory
• 全面負責深圳工廠新電腦伺服器生產線的建立及管理工作
• Oversees the planning, resource allocation, and operational readiness to ensure a successful launch and ongoing efficiency of server manufacturing operations
• 監督規劃、資源分配及營運準備,確保伺服器製造順利啟動並持續高效運作

Key Responsibilities / 主要職責

• Lead the end‑to‑end setup of a new computer server production line, from initial planning to full‑scale production
• 主導新電腦伺服器生產線的全流程建立,從初期規劃至全面投產
• Manage all production functions, including manpower planning, machine utilization, workflow optimization, and shop floor execution
• 管理所有生產職能,包括人力規劃、設備利用、流程優化及車間執行
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of technical and operational requirements
• 與工程、品質及供應鏈團隊協調,確保技術與營運要求無縫整合
• Oversee equipment installation, production scheduling, and operational validation for server manufacturing
• 監督設備安裝、生產排程及伺服器製造的營運驗證
• Drive continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, optimize material usage, and improve yield
• 推動持續改進計劃,以提升生產力、縮短週期、優化物料使用及提高良率
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and product specifications throughout production activities
• 確保所有生產活動符合行業標準、安全規範及產品規格
• Provide regular operational updates and strategic recommendations to senior management
• 定期向高層管理層提供營運更新及策略建議

Ideal Candidate / 理想人選

• Bachelor in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related discipline
• 工程、工業管理或相關學科學士學位
• Minimum 10-15 years of managerial experience in production management within electronics or computer product manufacturing environments
• 至少 10-15 年電子或電腦產品製造業的生產管理經驗
• Proven experience in computer server manufacturing is essential
• 必須具備電腦伺服器製造的相關經驗
• Background in production line setup will be an advantage
• 具備生產線建立背景者優先
• Familiarity with server production processes, PCB handling, and automated production systems preferred
• 悉伺服器生產流程、PCB 處理及自動化生產系統者優先
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on operational excellence
• 具備卓越的領導力、組織能力及解難技巧,專注營運卓越
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English, with strong communication and team management capabilities
• 具備良好中英文溝通能力,並具備優秀的溝通及團隊管理技巧
