The Role: We are looking for

Product Marketing Manager, based in China but reporting to London, to play a pivotal role as the bridge between our Shenzhen and London offices. The right person speaks expert-level English and Mandarin, has a love of technology and hardware and wants to play a key role in bringing products to life. You will be the voice of the customer inside the company and the voice of the product to the world. Working closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, Community, Product Engineering and Software Engineering teams you will understand the technology deeply and work to manage key processes, build critical documentation and guide teams to launch. Collaboration is critical, particularly the ability to do this across languages, countries and time zones.

What you'll do: Represent the product inside the company – sharing information, championing excellence and protecting our vision Articulate complex technical solutions plainly, always focusing on the customer benefit Work closely with Shenzhen-based hardware and software teams to deeply understand the technology Be the liaison between London and Shenzhen, building trust and communication with both teams Manage project processes to ensure readiness of key deliverables Be responsible for critical product documentation including briefs, comparisons and messaging Work closely with London-based Marketing, Community, Social and PR teams to align product knowledge Collaborate on product positioning and messaging Develop business and market insight related to product launches and performance Generate reports on progress and performance Become a valuable partner by build trust and influence across the business
