We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Application Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical and application support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1.    Provide effective technical and application support to potential and existing customers.
2.    Deliver webinars, seminars, and road shows.
3.    Promptly and thoroughly resolve application and product issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4.    Offer comprehensive product training and solutions to sales teams, distributors, and customers.
5.    Assist the Product Manager in developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
Experience:
1.    A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a lab, biotech, or life sciences company.
2.    Preferred experience in biological imaging and organoids, with a strong preference for experience with Molecular Devices products.
3.    A master's degree in biologics, microbiology, or related disciplines; a Ph.D. is preferred.
4.    Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5.    Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude as a team member
