• Evaluate the technical feasibility and cost of non-standard automation projects. Participate in the discussion and formulation of project solutions. 参与评估非标自动化项目的技术可行性和成本。参与项目方案的讨论和制定。
• Select electrical components and draw circuit diagrams independently. 独立完成视觉系统软硬件的选型和测试。
• Write and debug PC program and machine visual programs. 编写和调试上位机和视觉程序。
• Write machine operation manuals, inspection lists, maintenance item lists, and other machine related documents. 编写设备操作手册、点检表、维护保养项目清单等设备相关文档。
• Implement project management, including project related schedule management, cost management, procurement management, communication management, risk management, conflict management, etc. 执行项目管理,包括项目相关的进度管理、成本管理、采购管理、沟通管理、风险管理、冲突管理等。
• Share your skills and project experience with other members of the department, maintenance department, or internal customers. Assist other members of the department in resolving issues encountered in the project. 分享自己的技能和项目经验给部门其他成员,维修部门或者内部客户。帮助部门其他成员解决项目中遇到的问题。

Full time undergraduate degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering / Computer Science/Electronic Information Engineering/ Automation or related. 全日制本科或以上学历,电气工程、计算机、电子信息或自动化等相关专业。 Job Related Experience 相关工作经验

At least 4 years of experience in machine vision and PC programming design for non-standard automation machines. 至少4年以上的非标自动化设备机器视觉和上位机编程经验。 Total Working Experience整体工作经验 At least 4 years of work experience. 至少4年以上工作经验。 Specific Knowledge/Skills 特殊技能知识 Familiar with the selection of various types of industrial cameras, lenses, and light sources, able to independently conduct hardware selection and testing; 熟悉各种类型的工业相机,镜头和光源的选型,可以独立进行硬件选型和测试; Proficient in machine vision programming, such as Vision Pro/Halcon/ Vision Master/OpenCV; 精通机器视觉编程,比如VisionPro或Halcon或VisionMaster或OpenCV; Proficient in C # programming, with experience in Winform or WPF projects; 精通C#编程,有Winform或WPF项目经验; Familiar with common industrial communication protocols and programming, multi-threaded development, and possess common network troubleshooting skills; 熟悉常见的工业通信协议和编程,多线程开发,具备常见网络故障排查技巧; Familiar with the use and management of database management systems (such as SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), able to optimize database performance and maintain database security; 熟悉数据库管理系统(如SQL Server, MySQL等)的使用和管理,能够优化数据库性能和维护数据库安全; Familiar with Linghua/ Advantech/ GuGao/ Leisai boards for motion control programming is a plus; 熟悉使用凌华或研华或固高或雷赛板卡进行运动控制的编写是加分项; Familiar with JavaScript programming is a plus; 熟悉JavaScript编程是一个加分项; Proficient in Siemens PLC and HMI programming is a plus; 精通西门子PLC和HMI编程能力是一个加分项; Robot programming is a plus. 机器人编程是一个加分项。
