We need a National Account Manager to develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve financial targets. In this role, you will also find sales opportunities, follow up on leads in a timely manner, build relationships, understand customer trends, close the sales process with a signed contract, and hit quarterly and annual targets to increase revenue.   • Leverages in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape and operational dynamics for Western brands on major Chinese e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD, Douyin, etc.) to identify and onboard high-potential brands and products for APAC marketplace distribution.
  • Spearhead market entry by engaging primary contacts at Western brands to drive their e-commerce expansion across the APAC region.
  • Excel at researching and understanding prospective clients' core business objectives, goals, and critical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate value propositions and recommendations effectively to the leadership within a prospective partner, complete business negotiations and negotiations on contract terms
  • Set appointments with enterprise accounts
  • Craft value-driven messages specific to enterprise accounts' current pain points and needs
  • Active involvement in the implementation of each new partner to ensure a quick and complete realization of revenue, improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations departments to maximize brand awareness and generate qualified leads
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and strategic sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Solution Selling, and Challenger Sale
  • Must be willing to travel, with travel requirements not exceeding 25% of working time. 【What will I need to thrive in this role?】
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • CET 6 or above, fluent in speaking, writing professional English
  • 6+ years of experience driving Western brand expansion into the Chinese e-commerce market, with a documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Well-versed in the Western brand ecosystem across key Chinese e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tmall, JD, Douyin)
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from planning to closure, with demonstrated success in independently leading contract negotiations
  • Developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Ability to represent Pattern in a polished and professional manner to existing and potential clients
