dss+ is on a steep growth trajectory and have developed dss+360, a cloud-based EHS digital platform used for digitising operational data and managing risk, based on decades of best practices in workplace safety and culture transformation.  It helps organisations improve data accuracy, save time and gain insight for real-time decision-making.

We are now looking for an experienced and strategic EHS / HSE Senior Manager to help improve digital services with our clients and implement dss+360. This role is pivotal in enhancing client engagement, operational efficiency and market differentiation.

The Opportunity

You Will:

·      Work closely with our client EHS/HSE teams; fully understanding their processes and providing advice on operational and digital improvements.

·      Fully analyse their current EHS processes and work on a needs assessment for improvement.

·      Act as the Project Lead in the implementation of dss+ 360, our proprietary EHS system.

·      Work with the client(s) on all steps of implementation, testing and QA.

·      Assist in training, workshops and post-integration meetings to ensure the implementation is efficient and well utilised .

·      Advise the clients on how to analyse the data for optimum outcomes.

Job requirements

Your background:

· years of experience within an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS/HSE) team, covering all aspects of operations, processes, due diligence, training and compliance.

·       Experience gained from working for an MNC within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals industry is needed.

·       Experience of EHS digitalisation is essential – with experience of implementing new digital systems internally.

·       A genuine interest and experience in data analysis; the ability to read data and devise best course of action.

·       Digitally savvy, with experience in using digital tools for outbound and internal processes.

·       Strong communicator, able to work on clients' needs and training.

·       The ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and excel at bringing internal stakeholders on the journey, especially client-facing consultants who are both executors and brand ambassadors.

·       Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
