奥的斯正在不断发展壮大，我们正在招聘一名新梯销售代表，负责佛山地区，并向销售主管汇报。该职位的主要目标是通过开发潜在客户来实现销售增长，重点是获得新的新梯安装合同，同时负责渠道开发及维护。

通常情况下，您需要 ：
1.通过维护现有客户关系从而获从而进一步获取新梯订单
2.作为公司业务对接人，及时响应客户咨询
3.通过电话陌拜、销售网络、招投标等方式开发新客户
4.制定销售策略并完成销售目标 
5.使用内部销售工具有效的跟踪项目进度，并预估项目合同金额 
6.进行销售谈判促成交易
7.与团队其他销售伙伴及工地现场同事紧密合作

成功的候选人需要具备：
1.您拥大专及以上学历，商科或工科类专业优先，并具备相关专业知识 
2.您拥有3年以上工作经验，拥有技术类或者渠道类销售经验优先考虑 
3.您具有出色的沟通能力及良好的客户服务意识 
4.您具有较强的责任心
5.您目标明确，能够适应在高度流程化的组织中工作
