职责描述 1. 熟悉并掌握融资租赁在相关行业领域的业务，积极做好市场分析调查；
2. 根据业务部门专项计划目标，制定个人业务拓展规划；
3. 负责项目客户拜访、沟通，挖掘客户的融资需求；
4. 根据客户需求，与产品经理并肩协作，设计或推广双方共赢的金融产品，推进融资租赁或保理项目；
5. 负责项目前期评估，对客户进行尽职调查，收集客户相关资料，分析各项关键指标，形成评估报告，并积极推进下一环节；
6. 负责项目的具体洽谈及签约；
7. 同公司各个部门、各项目团队进行有效的协作，落实融资租赁项目合同文本的签订及内部流程审批；
8. 协助租后服务、客户关怀工作，保持项目良好的运转。 任职要求 1.基本条件（学历、专业、工作经验、行业背景、资格证书等）：
大专及以上学历，财务、金融、法律及工科类专业背景；
2年以上销售工作经验，敏锐的洞察力，善于挖掘客户需求；
快速学习的能力，良好的沟通协调能力。

2. 胜任素质（岗位必备的知识、技能、心理素质、行为能力等）：
具备财务、法律、税务其中一项或者多项功底，四大/著名咨询公司/投行工作经验者优先；
风险意识和风险识别能力较强；
具备独立获客能力，善于沟通、谈判，能识别、挖掘客户需求；
积极主动，工作严谨负责，职业稳定性强，能够适应一定强度的工作压力；
人品正直善良，良好的团队合作能力。 工作地点
