主要职责是Responsible for:
 负责生产用零件的采购, 保证公司正常生产及年度降价计划, 供应商管理工作.
Purchasing of components needed by different projects, ensure the production and annual cost reduction of FGW, supplier management

主要任务The main missions of the role are to:
 供应商的管理, 供应商在执行合同过程中对供应商的监控, 以保证供应商能够按要求及时按量给公司提供合格的产品及服务;
Supplier management, and supplier monitoring to ensure the supplier provide the qualified goods or service to FGW in time according to the requirements;
 协助物料计划员跟踪供应商的零件交付及工厂SQE对供应商质量的管控
Support material planner to trace BOP timing with supplier and assist SQE to manage supplier quality;
 供应商数据库的管理
Supplier database management;
 与供应商的谈判, 以达成采购节省的目标
 Negotiation with supplier to ensure the purchasing saving target;
 供应商绩效跟踪 
Supplier evaluation and follow up;
 采购成本报告及跟踪 
Purchasing cost report and follow up;
 部门经理交给的其他临时工作
Others temporary job given by Dept. Manager
 工厂及供应商TVO工作推动，确保指标的完成 
Push plant and supplier TVO, insure achieve indicator 
 采购年度预算制定及采购月度报告管理 
Purchasing yearly budget create and monthly report manage;
 遵守健康安全环境规定
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
 与部门经理和内部客户进行有效的，及时的沟通
Ensure transparent timely communication with manager and internal customers
资格要求Qualifications : 
 本科及以上
College above
 至少3年以上汽车制造行业工作经验及1年以上采购工作经验
At least 3 year automobile industry work and 1 year purchasing work experience
 外向, 沟通能力强, 正直;有较强责任心;有较强团队合作意识;
Extroversion, ahs strong ability in communication and honest; Has stronger responsibility sense; Has stronger teamwork cooperation consciousness
