Tasks:

任务

1.Responsible for metal sheet forming, stamping and clinching process, and related hydraulic and linear transfer system;

负责金属板成形、冲压和铆接工艺，以及相关液压和线性传输系统

2.Responsible for work instruction creation (inc. WI and AM/PM) in the responsible area and perform the training for production and maintenance staff;

负责在责任区域内创建工作指示（包括WI和AM/PM），并对生产和维护人员进行培训；

3.As stamping & hydraulic LPO, fully responsible for stamping process optimization to execute standards and improve machine OEE and productivity;

作为冲压和液压LPO（本地流程所有者），全面负责冲压过程的优化，以执行标准并提高机器OEE（设备综合效率）和生产力；

4.Lead daily troubleshooting, proactive to drive the problem solving to secure the work safety, product quality and delivery continuity;

领导日常故障排除，积极推动问题解决，以确保工作安全、产品质量和交货连续性；

5.Cooperate with new project team (conducting DfA, FMEA analysis), conduct pilot series production and work on the process improvement;

与新项目团队合作（进行DfA、FMEA分析），进行试制系列生产并致力于工艺改进。

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering, material science and forming or automation

本科或以上学历，主修机械工程、材料科学及成型或自动化；

2.2-5 years related working experience

3.Specific Expertise

专业技能

-AutoCAD and other 3D software average user

熟练使用AutoCAD和其他3D软件

-Be familiar with stamping process & stamping die design

熟悉冲压工艺和冲压模具设计

-Be aware of problem solving methods

-Machinery and metal forming field experience is preferred
