职位描述

Job Requirement

1.Responsible for injection molding process, automation system, moulds setup and raw material feeding system;

负责注塑工艺、自动化系统、模具设置和原材料进料系统

2.Responsible for work instruction creation (inc. WI and AM/PM) in the responsible area and perform the training for production and maintenance staff;

负责在责任区域内创建工作指导书（包括WI和AM/PM），并对生产和维护人员进行培训；

3.As injection LPO, fully responsible for injection process optimization to execute standards and improve machine OEE and productivity;

作为注塑LPO（生产线优化专员），全面负责注塑工艺优化，以执行标准并提高机器OEE（设备综合效率）和生产力；

4.Lead daily troubleshooting, proactive to drive the problem solving to secure the production continuity;

领导日常故障排除工作，主动推动问题解决以确保生产连续性；

5.Cooperate with new project team (conducting DfA, FMEA analysis), conduct pilot series production and work on the process improvement;

与新项目团队合作（进行DfA、FMEA分析），进行试生产并致力于工艺改进。

Requirements:

1.Bachelor or above, major in mechanical engineering, material science and forming or plastic engineering

教育背景：本科及以上学历，主修机械工程、材料科学和成型或塑料工程

2.2-5 years related working experience

2-5年相关工作经验

3.Specific Expertise:

专业技能

-AutoCAD and other 3D software average user

AutoCAD和其他3D软件的熟练使用者

-Be familiar with injection molding process & plastic molds design

熟悉注塑工艺和塑料模具设计

-Be aware of problem solving methods

了解问题解决方法

-Molding injection field experience is preferred

有注塑领域经验者优先

-Project experience

项目经验

-Team cooperation

-Multi-culture experience is preferred
