Overview

Deliver end-to-end hiring activities for L7 and below employees (include contractor/intern )at consistently defined service level supporting Greater China BU.

Responsibilities Initiate Requisition: Understand requisition template and create a draft requisitionReview the final requisition and trigger ‘peer position ID’ creationInitiate requisition in system Job Posting: Create job ads and posting on job boardsDecide the posting channel basis the guidelines provided and post on the appropriate channel(s) (external and/or internal) Candidate Screening: Review all applications received and find suitable candidate for jobSchedule and conduct candidate screening interviewsShortlist candidates from screeeing interviews for further processDetermine the test(s) to be administered to the candidateCoordinate with Hiring Manager to schedule interviews with candidateUpdate missing candidate details on the systemReview the quality of candidates being screenedCommunicate with candidate regarding interview decision (selected/rejected)Communicate documentation requirements to selected candidates and ensure responseArchive received documents and initiate offer management Offer Management: (External candidates) Create offer letter/ LoU basis guidelines provided and share with candidateFollow up with candidate in case of no response on the offer within the stipulated timelinesArchive signed LoU and initiate onboarding process Internal Candidate Hiring: Post internal vacancies on internal PepsiCo portalConsolidate all open positions and send mailer/WeChat message to all employees (including LHR)Receive and collate applications via Kenexa, helpdesk and central BO mailboxReview candidate eligibility for the position applied based on guidelines providedInform Hiring manager of eligible candidates for interviewsGenerate and share LoU for 30+ days (first day of subsequent month) with internal selected candidateReceive and archive signed LoUValidate the employee data change (transfer in/transfer out) made on EC post hiring Campus Recruitment Hiring: Create job ads and posting on job boardsPerform candidate screening Perform offer management Vendor management: Manage existing vendors and require them to improve quality delivery based on business needsTo develop new vendor to ensure business growthContract management, payment request and communication Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required Strong Social Media recruitment experience Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) is required Ability to influence and collaborate across the business Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partners in order to foster partnerships and drive result. Ability to proactively identify issues and develops solutions with limited oversight.
