Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team at PepsiCo. This role is responsible for delivering end-to-end hiring activities for L7 and below employees, including contractors and interns.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate Requisitions: Understand requisition templates, create drafts, review and finalize requisitions, and trigger peer position ID creation.
  • Job Posting: Create job ads, post on job boards, decide on posting channels based on guidelines, and post on external and internal channels.
  • Candidate Screening: Review applications, schedule and conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, determine test administration, coordinate with Hiring Managers, update candidate details, and communicate interview decisions.
  • Offer Management: Create offer letters/LoUs, share with candidates, follow up on responses, archive signed documents, and initiate onboarding processes.
  • Internal Candidate Hiring: Post internal vacancies, consolidate positions, send mailers/messages to employees, receive and collate applications, review eligibility, inform Hiring Managers, generate and share LoUs, and validate employee data changes.
  • Campus Recruitment Hiring: Create job ads, perform candidate screening, and manage offers.
  • Vendor Management: Manage existing vendors, develop new vendors, contract management, payment requests, and communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong Social Media recruitment experience.
  • Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions.
  • Experience in shared services and complex organizations (matrixed) is required.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across the business.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and develop solutions with limited oversight.
