Strategic Sales Director for Luxury Hotels

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Sales Director for Luxury Hotels to join our team at Minor Hotels.
Description of Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business, and maximizing revenue through sales activities aligned with the sales and marketing plan. You will establish strong business relationships within local, domestic, and international markets, monitor competitor activities and market intelligence, attend travel functions and sales road shows, and organize sales trips to promote the hotel.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and loves challenges.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
- Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
