Job Overview

As a Sales and Revenue Growth Manager at Minor Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for our hotels. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that exceed revenue targets, while promoting the hotel brand and establishing strong business relationships with local, domestic, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Promote the hotel brand and establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence to stay ahead of the competition
  • Attend travel functions and sales road shows to promote sales and revenue growth
  • Organize sales trips to promote sales and revenue growth for the hotel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, and loves challenges
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
  • Passion to lead and a desire to succeed
