Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Analog Devices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors' resources to create demand, identifying new market trends, and developing new business opportunities in South China's mass-market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share in South China.
- Lead and manage distributors' resources to create demand and drive sales growth.
- Identify new market trends and applications to develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, FAE, AE, and distributors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- More than 3 years of sales experience in China Mass-Market business or distributor management in Semiconductor companies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to drive business growth and influence distributors' resources.
- Fluent written and oral English for business.
- Self-motivation, result-oriented, and fast-moving with a strong ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to South China, with approximately 25% of the time spent on the road.
