Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual financial targets.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key customers, including Strategic Channel Partners and Bayer Strategic Retailers.
- Drive demand generation plans and execute sales initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and action plans.
- Manage individual travel and expense plans, as well as personal and professional development initiatives.
- Report and investigate customer complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements
- College degree or above in agriculture or business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and knowledge of crop protection.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development.
- Positive attitude, willingness to win, and ability to travel frequently.
