Senior Sales Manager

Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver annual financial targets through effective sales strategies and performance management.
- Manage and develop relationships with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs) and drive commercial policy.
- Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.
- Develop and execute demand generation plans to drive business growth.
- Develop and drive business plans, forecast consumption progress, and identify opportunities for business upside.
- Manage individual T&E and P&I plans and execution.
- Report complaints in a timely manner and support investigation.
Your Qualifications
- College degree or above in agriculture or business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and knowledge of crop protection.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Positive attitude, willing to win, and deliver results, with frequent travel.
