Senior Business Development Manager

Role OverviewThe Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for increasing sales of Ferrero products in the assigned territory through effective distribution and business management. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the business;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers and general stores;
- Manage warehouse stock and stock counting to ensure efficient distribution;
- Implement Ferrero guidelines to achieve sales targets, distribution, and shelf display goals;
- Negotiate with wholesalers and general stores to secure agreements and promotions;
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve processes;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- College degree or above, with a strong background in business or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on wholesaler management and DSR management;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Proficiency in Mandarin speaking and Chinese local labor contract.
