  • Support the execution of business strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Engage in strategic planning activities that include financial, technological, and resource allocation.
  • Manage the operational framework, including dashboards and special projects.
  • Coordinate significant operational initiatives.
  • Oversee the management of operational KPIs and process enhancements.
  • Monitor daily operational activities, processes, and departmental expenditures.
  • Participate in operational Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning, headcount analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide insights for senior management decisions by utilizing diverse information sources and stakeholder feedback.
  • Represent the operational perspective in various forums and committees.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of operational management guidelines and standardized processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues that adversely affect operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Finance department to effectively manage business-related costs.
  • Organize local internal events and initiatives to enhance staff engagement.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operational management and business analysis within the insurance sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on presentation capabilities.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and report writing skills.
  • Demonstrated coordination and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and consistency.
  • Effective prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure with a professional demeanor.
