About the Role

As a Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for STMicroelectronics within the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying high-growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market, leveraging your understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and management teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reporting and analysis to support business performance monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a sales role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the semiconductor market and STMicroelectronics' product portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
