About the Role
As a Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for STMicroelectronics within the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying high-growth opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market, leveraging your understanding of industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and management teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reporting and analysis to support business performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in a sales role within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of the semiconductor market and STMicroelectronics' product portfolio.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
