Project Leadership Role

As a key member of our team, you will take on an owner, coordinator, and supporting role in the different stages of various projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project progress, setting clear milestones, and ensuring timely completion. You will work closely with the division sales, VM, and other functional teams to achieve our Annual Operating Plan (AOP) goals. Your role will also involve building and maintaining high-level relationships with our customers.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will partner with our division sales team on daily customer visits to generate cross-divisional leads. Your objective is to promote Thermofisher Government and Industry's total solution to our customers. You will identify high-potential business opportunities, integrate internal resources, and collaborate with external partners to convert leads into revenue. Additionally, you will manage our existing sales channels, perform sales data analysis, and provide regular business reviews.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical, Pharmaceutics, or Biochemical Sciences, with a Master's degree preferred. You will bring 10+ years of sales experience in the relevant industry, a proven track record of leading business development efforts, and strategic key account management. You should excel in building and managing relationships, positively impacting business growth. Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
