Parexel Senior Clinical Research Associate-FSP Role Summary

At Parexel, we're committed to delivering excellence in clinical research and development. As a Senior Clinical Research Associate-FSP, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of our clients' clinical trials. Your expertise in site management will be instrumental in building strong relationships with investigators and site staff, driving quality and delivery during the start-up phase. You'll also be responsible for conducting feasibility and qualification activities, generating visit/contact reports, and developing strategies for document configuration and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct feasibility and/or site pre-qualification and qualification activities
• Build relationships with investigators and site staff
• Generate visit/contact reports and identify site issues
• Develop strategies for document configuration and distribution
• Customize, review, and negotiate informed consent forms and translations

List of Key Accountabilities:

1. Start-up (from site identification through pre-initiation):
• Act as Parexel's direct point of contact with assigned sites
• Conduct feasibility and/or site pre-qualification and qualification activities
2. Maintenance (from initiation through close out):
• Act as Parexel's direct contact with assigned sites
• Assess and ensure overall integrity of study implementation and adherence to study protocol at clinical sites

Requirements:

• Substantial site management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interact professionally within a client organization
• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems and electronic document management systems
