Job Title: Account Manager, IOMS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the IOMS market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry opinion leaders
  • Provide technical solutions and quotations to prospective customers to lead to successful closure of sales
  • Manage customer satisfaction through effective coordination with Customer Support team
  • Manage controllable expense budget within assigned territory

Requirements:

  • MS degree or above in Analytical Chemistry, Geology or equivalent required
  • 5 years sales experience selling capital equipment, preferably in Mass spec market
  • Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Effective interpersonal communicator
