We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in West China. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the region by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the West China market, focusing on prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within your key client accounts.
3. Collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to close high-potential deals successfully.
4. Represent goFLUENT at exhibitions and events to promote our products and services.
5. Travel within your territory to support and enhance your sales efforts.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or HR solutions.
2. Proven ability to prospect and manage a designated territory to maximize revenue growth.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
4. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative environment.
