Regional Key Account Manager

Ferrero, a family-owned company with a progressive and global outlook, is seeking a skilled Regional Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Regional Key Accounts team, you will be responsible for managing one or more regional key accounts, developing business strategies, creating customer plans, and negotiating contracts and joint business plans.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage sales strategies, channel and customer plans for the assigned area or customers.
- Propose goals, sales forecasts, and budget for the area or customers managed.
- Negotiate and sign agreed budgets with distributors and wholesalers.
- Monitor field activities performance and accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements, and relevant KPIs.
- Ensure stock management and control, propose actions to resolve over-stocks and out-of-stocks.
- Define the level of service expected with distributors and monitor the actual outcome.
- Implement brand strategies, report on opportunities and obstacles.
- Over 6 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 3 years of key account management experience.
- Solid market knowledge of traditional and modern trade, national retail structure, and local retail structure.
- Strong analytical, account management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- MS Office advanced user.
Chinese Local Labor contract with local salary and benefits package. Proficiency in Mandarin speaking is required.
