Job Overview

As a key member of the PepsiCo team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end hiring activities for L7 and below employees, including contractors and interns, at a consistently defined service level supporting the Greater China Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Initiate Requisitions: Understand the requisition template, create a draft requisition, review the final requisition, and trigger 'peer position ID' creation. Initiate the requisition in the system.
  2. Job Posting: Create job ads and post them on job boards. Decide the posting channel based on the guidelines provided and post on the appropriate channel(s), both external and internal.
  3. Candidate Screening: Review all applications received, find suitable candidates for the job, schedule and conduct candidate screening interviews, shortlist candidates from screening interviews for further processing, determine the tests to be administered to the candidate, coordinate with the Hiring Manager to schedule interviews with the candidate, update missing candidate details on the system, review the quality of candidates being screened, and communicate with the candidate regarding interview decisions.
  4. Offer Management: Create an offer letter or Letter of Understanding (LoU) based on the guidelines provided and share it with the candidate. Follow up with the candidate in case of no response on the offer within the stipulated timelines. Archive the signed LoU and initiate the onboarding process.
  5. Internal Candidate Hiring: Post internal vacancies on the internal PepsiCo portal, consolidate all open positions, and send a mailer or WeChat message to all employees, including LHR. Receive and collate applications via Kenexa, the helpdesk, and the central BO mailbox. Review candidate eligibility for the position applied based on the guidelines provided, inform the Hiring Manager of eligible candidates for interviews, generate and share the LoU for 30+ days with the internal selected candidate, receive and archive the signed LoU, and validate the employee data change made on EC post-hiring.
  6. Campus Recruitment Hiring: Create job ads and post them on job boards. Perform candidate screening and offer management.
  7. Vendor Management: Manage existing vendors, require them to improve quality delivery based on business needs, develop new vendors to ensure business growth, contract management, payment requests, and communication.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree required.
  2. Strong Social Media recruitment experience.
  3. Current or previous experience as a TA Representative responsible for multiple functions.
  4. Experience in shared services and a complex organization (matrixed) is required.
  5. Ability to influence and collaborate across the business.
  6. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers and HR partners, to foster partnerships and drive results.
  7. Ability to proactively identify issues and develop solutions with limited oversight.
