Senior Commercial Operation Specialist

The position needs to provide Alcon several data support in providing high quality data and analytics support to business team. In this role, a typical day will include:
• Run IMS weekly and monthly report timely and accurately, incl. collects original data on time and with good quality, verify and generate the database and report.
• Perform invoice audit and authorization relationship check to make sure the rationality of IMS records.
• Monitor channel stock, incl. calculates theoretical channel stock, verify the difference between the stock reported by distributors and the theoretical version, coordinate distributor stock DDI and improve DDI data quality.
• Deliver Channel analysis report to Channel Management Team and Alcon Leadership in timely and standardized manner, incl. but not limited to distributor sales target achievement, IMS growth, channel margin analysis and channel stock SIT analysis.
• Participate in the change discussion of methodology and process, strictly follow standard process/working instruction.
• Detect abnormal data and find the solution.
• Offer daily and regular data training to distributors and ensure data quality. • Support distributors’ sales target achievement calculation and facilitate the rebate settlement of distributors.
• Support other regular data reporting and business analytics. • Ad-hoc tasks assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Education :
• Bachelor’s degree in data management, business management or other related Languages:
• Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking Experience/Professional Requirement:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SFE, commercial excellence. experience in medical device industry preferred.
• Good understanding on medical device business model • High accountability, good teamwork, excellent problem solver
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Be able to work on own initiative.
• Unquestionable ethics and integrity.
• Familiar with Excel, PPT, Power BI, etc.
