To play a crucial role in launching our new Taste business. You'll manage local raw materials introduction and ensure regulatory compliance of Taste products. Your key responsibility
1) Facilitating and supporting the introduction of local RMs:
* Oversee the introduction of local raw materials, including but not limited to seasoning raw materials (SSN RMs).
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure raw materials meet regulatory standards.
2) Strengthening SSN product compliance:
* Ensure SSN products comply with local and group regulatory requirements.
* Work closely with business teams and customers to address and follow up on compliance-related issues.
3) Cross-functional Collaboration:
* Work with cross-functional teams including creation, quality, purchasing, formula management, supply chain,etc, to ensure regulatory requirments are integreated into the product development process.

You Bring
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Food, Chemistry, or a related field
• Minimum of five plus (5+) years of experience in the food or food additive industry
• Experience in product compliance and local raw materials introduction/management is preferred
• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
• Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes.
• A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.
