Technical Program Management

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with other VR Optics TPMs to lead cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, design, and manufacturing.
- Manage the VR Optical Module including the entire product development cycle from concept to mass production, ensuring schedule, cost and quality bounds.
- On NPI Programs, work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, establish project timelines, lead vendor engagements and deliver against milestones.
- Work with the Sourcing team to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. Monitor and optimize the performance of the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery of products while minimizing costs.
- Organize and present reports to management on product development and project status in regular program forums and to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for safety, quality, and environmental performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical program management.
- Experience on optical module technologies and/or electrical component.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent oral English.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and changing environment. Experience managing optical module vendors.
