Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et enregistrer des messages. Créer et maintenir des systèmes de classement. Classer et tenir à jour la documentation et les dossiers d'entrevue du demandeur. Classer, suivre et traiter les demandes d'emploi. Créez et tapez la correspondance au bureau à l'aide d'un ordinateur. Audit et coordination de la distribution des chèques de paie. Communiquez à tous les candidats qui reçoivent une offre d'emploi la documentation nécessaire à apporter le premier jour d'emploi pour pouvoir remplir les formulaires de vérification de l'emploi. Créer un nouveau dossier personnel. Concevez et mettez à jour l'affichage et le contenu des tableaux d'affichage des communications des employés (par exemple, en ce qui concerne l'emploi, le recrutement, les mutations et les promotions). Affichez toutes les notifications légales ou réglementaires nécessaires relatives aux ressources humaines à la vue de tous les employés, comme requis par la loi.Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s’assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d’informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l’hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable. Accueillir et recevoir tous les clients conformément aux standards de la chaîne. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés ; répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s’unir et s’entraider afin d’atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Assurer le respect des exigences et des standards de qualité. Saisir et trouver des informations professionnelles à l'aide d'ordinateurs et/ou de systèmes de point de vente. Déplacer, soulever, porter, tirer et placer des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum de façon autonome.
