Position Purpose:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced OTC Digital Head to lead and implement digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a deep understanding of the OTC market, and the ability to drive innovation and growth through data-driven decision making. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing a team of digital marketing professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and market share, link DCOM as a digital media touch point to build a whole AIPL journey with better consumer engagement and media value creation.

You are responsible for:

Develop and implement the digital marketing strategy for OTC products in alignment with overall business objectives. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform digital marketing initiatives. - Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. - Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. - Collaborate with brand team, sales, RA, legal and other departments to integrate digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, using analytics tools to optimize performance and ROI. - Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, and assess their potential impact on the OTC market, esp. Douyin and Redbook. - Develop and maintain relationships with digital marketing agencies, vendors, and other external partners. Responsible to identify and build shopper insight into the DCOM strategies. Involve in DCOM business to drive precisely operation through: -Clear TA Group to Recruit.Multi Consumer Touch point/Media efficiencyContent Develop campaigns and support big window activation in DCOM

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or above, Brand digital marketing , Douyin, Redbook working experience is preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, better with a proven track record in the OTC or pharmaceutical industry. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, esp. in Douyin and Red book, CRM systems, and social media management tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Also have experiences that can show a very strong resilience. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements for OTC marketing. Fluent in English and Mandarin speaking.
