DUTIES

The Service Leader - Kitchen maintains and perform service according to the standard set by the Hotel or Resort.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as Commis 1 or in the same capacity in an International Hotel/ Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage. A graduate or has a certificate in culinary arts Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation. Flexible and adaptable to different working locations. Displays initiative and creativity. Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
