工作地点：北京

岗位职责：

1、负责计算机音视频算法相关核心产品的开发；

2、负责深度学习算法研究、实现和优化，包括但不限于基于深度学习的语音分析、物体分类、目标检测、语义分割等；

3、结合业务需求进行相应的算法优化，设计并实现实时性较高的计算机算法；

4、负责相关方向技术难点攻关、前瞻研究以及应用拓展。

任职资格：

1、计算机、模式识别、应用数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历；985院校及优秀本科生亦可；

2、熟悉音频处理、图像处理、模式识别、机器学习等领域的基本算法，有实际项目经验者优先；

3、熟悉深度学习算法，熟悉物体分类，目标检测、位姿估计等领域的CNN模型；精通TensorFlow、PyTorch等至少一种深度学习框架；有实际项目经验者优先；

4、有行为识别分类，素质教育测评算法相关经验者优先；

5、在计算机视觉国际顶级会议或者期刊上发表论文、相关国际比赛获奖、及有相关专利者优先；

6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有责任感，学习能力强。
