Responsibilities:  

Participate in conducting financial, operational, SOX 404 audits, integrated audits, and process audits for both domestic and international locations.  Under guidance of the AIC and audit manager, work with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to effectively complete all assigned audit works.  Execute audit procedures and programs, deliver quality work of assigned audit tasks, document work papers in accordance with IIA quality standards and planned timelines.  Identify audit issues, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with the audit team in the reporting and follow-up of audit issues.  Maintain highest standards of professionalism and independence in the execution of duties.  Show good judgment and strong integrity during work.  Demonstrate good understanding of accounting principles, business processes, financial concepts, audit methodology and tools, familiar with GAAP and regulatory requirements.  Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.  Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. 

Qualifications / Requirements:  

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or management with strong focus in finance  Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit (internal audit and/or public accounting)  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in Chinese and English, both verbally and in writing.  Experience of information technology and ability to use various applications and systems; knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques preferred.  Good time management skills and the ability to work within a team and independently.  Attention to detail, full sense of responsibility and team spirit.  Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for 20 – 40% of the time.  Obtained or pursuing professional certifications (CA, CIA, CPA, preferred but not necessary.  Big 4 or local accounting firm experience preferred but not necessary.
